Deposits and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you have up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you need to cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of your full trip cost.

If our Captians choose to cancel your river trip due to dangerous weather, high water flows or an unsafe river, you will receive an offer to reschedule your trip at no extra cost, or receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.
